Practical skill for daily life

Makeup Classes for Teens — Day and Evening

Every teen learns makeup somehow — from social media clips, older siblings, or trial and error. The result is patchy: skill in one area, gaps in another. A structured course closes those gaps.

This online class teaches the skills that matter for everyday life: a clean daytime look for school, and a more defined evening result for social events. Self-paced video lessons. $15 — instant access, no expiry.

Signature technique

Learn the Art: The 2-3 Rule

“Limit yourself to two or three focal points. Bold lids? Keep lips soft. Defined lip color? Keep shadows minimal.”

This is where students learn makeup as a system — not isolated steps. Every choice you make becomes a deliberate decision toward a balanced, intentional look.

It's the single principle that shapes every other decision: which shadow to use, how much liner, what lip finish works with the rest of the face. Master this and the technique work that comes next becomes far simpler.

Who This Class Is For

A practical gift for a birthday, a school milestone, or any special occasion. The class welcomes students from any starting point — total beginners and those already using makeup regularly.

This works well if you:

  • Want to build makeup skills and develop a personal style with guidance from a working artist
  • Are looking to master both daytime and evening looks for school, social events, and going out
  • Need clear product recommendations from someone who actually works in the industry
  • Want to use makeup safely — with the right skincare prep and removal habits built in
  • Prefer self-paced video lessons over scheduled classes

Each module is approachable and adapts to where you are. Pause, replay, and practice on your own schedule.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What makeup courses does Oh!Nice SPACE offer for teens?
Six programs: Makeup for 13-year-olds, Makeup for 14-year-olds, Pro Makeup Course (6 days), Teen K-Beauty Online Classes, Online Hairstyling Course, and Online Nail Art Classes. Each is $15 with lifetime access.
  • Does Ulta give classes for makeup?
Ulta offers in-store sessions designed to introduce products and demonstrate looks. They're not structured as a class with progression. A real makeup class teaches you how to apply what you've learned independently, get a clean result, and build confidence over time. That's a different outcome entirely — and is what this online course delivers.
  • What is a good makeup routine for a 14-year-old?
Light, everyday, and easy to remove: a tinted moisturizer, mascara, and a lip balm. A brow gel for basic framing if you want it. That's enough for school. From there you can build toward a more defined evening look for special occasions. This course covers both ends — the daily basics and the evening glam — so you have the full range without overdoing it.
  • What age should you start wearing makeup to school?
Most beauty experts suggest building solid skincare habits first — usually around ages 12–13 — before introducing light coverage gradually. This course is structured around that approach: skincare and prep come first, then a tinted base, then more defined techniques as you build skill. The goal is looks that work for your actual age and lifestyle, not imitations of older creators.
  • What age range are Oh!Nice SPACE courses designed for?
All courses target ages 11-17. Content, language, and product recommendations are calibrated to teen skin, teen budgets, and teen social contexts (school, events, social media).
  • How much does a makeup lesson cost?
Private makeup lessons from a working artist run $75–$200 per hour. Group sessions at local studios cost $50–$150 per person. Ulta in-store sessions are $25–$50 for one look. This course is $15 — one payment, 8 complete modules, two full looks (day + evening), and instruction from a working artist with fashion week and editorial credits. Less than the cost of one Ulta session, with significantly more depth.
  • How much does each course cost?
Every course is a one-time $15 payment with lifetime access to video lessons, practice exercises, and any future updates. No subscription, no hidden fees.
  • Who teaches the courses?
Three professional instructors: Svetlana (Makeup Artist, 7+ years fashion experience), Ksenia Bardova (K-Beauty & Colorist, 800+ students taught), and Irina (Nail Artist, 10+ years teaching). All teach in the Oh!Nice in-person school plus our online programs.
  • Are the courses safe for my teen?
Yes. Every technique is age-appropriate, every product is vetted for teen skin, and every course emphasises skincare fundamentals before cosmetic application. We do not recommend adult-strength actives, heavy contouring, or damaging techniques.
