We want every student to have a positive experience. If you're not satisfied with your course, we offer the following refund terms.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course (measured by videos watched)
- Your refund request is submitted via email within 7 days of payment
To request a refund, email legal@ohnice.space with:
- Your name
- Email used for purchase
- Course name
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated for our improvement)
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- The refund request involves multiple courses purchased on different dates (each course follows its own 7-day window)
- The purchase was made with a discount or promotional code (check campaign terms)
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Restrict your access to all purchased courses
- Decline future purchases from your account or payment method
We always prefer to resolve refund issues directly. Please email us first.
Subscription Cancellations (Future)
Currently, we offer one-time course purchases only. If we introduce subscription products in the future, separate cancellation terms will apply and be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under consumer protection law:
- Right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days
However, by accepting Terms of Service at checkout, you agree that course content is delivered immediately, and you waive the 14-day withdrawal right once you begin watching course videos.
This is permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), where the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate performance.
